These Terms govern use of the RouteCare non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) dispatch platform ("Service"), operated by Labif Filmhouse. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Service
The Service is provided to transportation providers and their authorized staff and drivers to schedule, dispatch, and manage rides. You are responsible for the accuracy of trip data you enter or import and for complying with applicable transportation, healthcare, and privacy regulations.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account. Each organization's data is isolated to that organization.
Messaging
Passenger notifications are sent in accordance with our SMS / Messaging Policy. You represent that mobile numbers submitted to the Service were obtained appropriately for ride-related communication.
Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is." RouteCare is a software tool and is not a transportation provider; the transportation provider is solely responsible for the transportation services delivered to passengers. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service.
